ソフトウェア工学の文献には "discipline" という語がわっさわっさ出てくるが、その概念は何とも日本語にし辛い。 google:define:discipline で検索したらなかなか良い説明が出てきた *1。

この概念を日本語で説明するのなら「暗黙知を身につけるための訓練」あるいは「訓練によって身につけることのできる暗黙知」とでも言うのかなぁ。
